📦 Standard Delivery Times
We deliver anywhere in South Africa. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

🔄 How Our Delivery Process Works
1. Order Processing
- Orders are packed and prepared for shipping as soon as payment is confirmed.
- If the item is in stock and payment clears, we ship your order the next business day.
- For fastest processing, we recommend credit card or same-bank EFT payments.
2. Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
- After payment, you’ll receive an Order Confirmation Email with your ORDZ number.
- Once your order ships, you’ll receive a Shipment Confirmation Email with your invoice number.
- Track your delivery anytime using the invoice, shipment, or order number.
3. Delivery to Your Door
- We partner with The Courier Guy for safe and prompt delivery.
- Deliveries are made Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- You’ll receive real-time delivery updates via email or SMS, including a delivery window on the day of arrival.

- In-Stock Items Only: Delivery time estimates apply to items marked as “In Stock”.
- Delays: Rare issues like weather, strikes, or courier delays may impact delivery times—we’ll keep you informed if this happens.
- Remote Areas: Outlying regions may take longer due to limited courier schedules.
- No PO Boxes: We only deliver to physical addresses within South Africa.
- No International Shipping, except for digital products (e.g., software). Contact us for exceptions.
💰 Shipping Rates
- Flat Rate: R99 (incl. VAT) for orders under R5,000
- FREE Delivery for orders over R5,000 — nationwide
